Files Tab:
The Files Tab provides a place where you can store files such as a document or spreadsheet. These files can be shared between multiple users within your work group. File can be linked to various objects, such as a task or an appointment. You also have the ability to edit directory edit a document in the file tab using your own document editor, and when you save it, the changes are automatically applied. You can access your file store remotely on a mobile device using the WebDAV communication protocol.

The notes tab is where you keep a list of various notes. You can create multiple notebooks, which can be shared between multiple users in your work group.
