We have done away with a complicated web hosting control panel that many hosting companies use, and instead our staff will happily make any advanced modifications for you. We also provide a combination of the best web programming languages if you have computer staff at your business that wish to design their own web application. We support the easiest web programming language to write a new application in “Coldfusion”, the most popular web programming language for existing applications “PHP”, and lastly offer legacy support for the “Perl” and “ASP” programming languages in case you have some old web applications.

Imageway mail hosting services can provide your small or medium sized business with your own custom email addresses. This is a requirement for any business to communicate globally in a quick and professional manner. We have the ability to host your business email for every single employee in your organization. Our systems provide scanning of incoming email for viruses or SPAM and system checks are in place to try to prevent your email accounts from being hacked. To view your email you can use our web page based email system, an existing email client such as Outlook, or your cell phone with Internet access. If you’re currently hosting your email somewhere else and want to utilize our email hosting services, we can migrate your email from another service provider to our system. You will not have to worry about loosing any of your previous emails or any downtime during a switch over. Our mail systems support all email communication standards including POP3, IMAP, and SMTP (and their respective SSL encrypted secure versions). We support advanced business requirements, such as legal archiving and advanced encrypted email.

This hosting plan is intended for a small to medium sized business that is just starting out with a basic static website or small dynamic website. This package includes minimal storage, web programming language support, 1 mailing list, and 1 database. It does not include SSL Encryption support or access to our Advanced Web Statistics system. This package allows email synchronization only to mobile devices.

If you need to add more disk space, the cost is $1 per month for 1 GB extra storage.

To access your email you can use our advanced web page based webmail system. The webmail consists of the following featured sections:

E-mail Section:
The E-mail Section provides you direct access to your email. From this tab you can read your current email, or compose new e-mail to be sent. It supports creating folders, and dragging e-mail into these folders. The interface was designed to be very clean and easy to use plus extremely quick, even when you have thousands of e-mails.

Calendar Section:
The Calendar Section allows you to view and create calendar events. The calendar allows you to set recurring events and reminders for any given event. You have the ability to share your calander events with other people in your domain. An external software program is available for Microsoft Windows users if they don’t want to use the web page based interface.

Contacts Section:
The Tasks Tab is where you keep track of all the tasks that need completing, or have been completed. You have the ability to set recurring tasks and reminders for any task. Tasks can be assigned and shared between multiple users. An external software program is available for Microsoft Windows users if they don’t want to use the web page based interface.

File Store Section:
The Files Section provides a place where you can store files such as a document or spreadsheet. You then have the ability to send a link to the files that are not saved in the private section to various users. An external software program is available for Microsoft Windows users if they don’t want to use the web page based interface. The external software allows you to additional sync file and directoires to the email server.

Blogs Section:
The Blogs section provides a place where you can easily create and manage your own on-line journal based blogs. You have various setting options and templates you can pick from to create a blog that behaves and looks the way you want. This makes getting your own personal blog online in only a few steps.

Additional Web Mail System Features:

• AJAX interface – Using a modern browser you get enhanced speed, drag and drop emails to folders, right click context menus, autocompletetion of email addresses, email tabs, desktop drag and drop to browser attachments, and various other desktop like email client features.
• Basic interface – If you have a older version web browser, a basic interface is provided to support your needs.
• Mobile Interface – If you have a web browser on your mobile device, we have a special version that will display perfect on such devices.
• Labels support (not available in Yahoo or Hotmail) – We support the use of labels like what is available in Gmail, except we also offer folder support which Gmail doesn’t. Get the best of both worlds without being forced in using one method or the other. On top of that, the labels will be available in your IMAP client if it supports it (this is not available in GMail).
• Multiple nested folder support (not available in Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail) – You can create folders, and folders within those folders. An example use of this would be to create a folder called “jobs”, and list your various jobs as sub-folders under the jobs folder.
• Advanced Search (not available in Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail) – You can put together complex query searches. For example you could search for messages older than one week that have not been replied to.You can also search by labels.
• Saved Searches (not available in Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail) – You can save your searches so you can use them again in the future.
• Tab Support(not available in Gmail or Hotmail) – You can open email messages in tabs in the AJAX interface. This allows you to easily organize your emails you are working with.
• Custom keyboard shortcuts(not available in Yahoo or Hotmail) – You can use the default keyboard shortcut mappings and also create your own custom keyboard mappings.
• No advertisements(not available in Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail) – We don’t put up any advertisements on the screen nor do we scan or attach your emails for advertisement information.
• Familiar Look – The interface will feel familiar to users of Outlook.
• Folder Sharing (not available in Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail) – You can share email folders with other users in your domain. Folders can be set with READ ONLY access, or FULL ACCESS to control what a user can do with your email folder.
• Very Fast – The web mail is tightly integrated into the mail server to provide the fastest experience possible. Most webmail solutions are a add-on to a third party email software.
• Etc : All the other normal features you would expect from a webmail are also available such as SPAM integration, Virus filtering, Message Filters, Auto away message, and other configuration settings.

Additional Mail Server Features:

• IMAP4 support (not available in Yahoo or Hotmail) – Utilizing IMAP you can connect any IMAP supported client to our email system including Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc. We even support mobile devices such as iPhone, Blackberry, and Palm.
• POP support – POP support is available for anyone wishing to utilize this connection method of pulling and pushing email from a 3rd party email client.
• Secure Mail Encryption (not available in Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail) – We support email encryption that works with any email client (including our webmail client) without use of plugins like PGP. This solution is only normally found in big iron Cisco products.
• Advanced Full Administrator Web Panel(not available in Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail) – You have the ability to login as a user or domain administrator and edit every aspect of your email account(s), and even access raw log file information.
• Calendar – A web based and windows client interface is available to access the full Calendar implementation.
• IMAP IDLE (not available in Yahoo or Hotmail)- This allows for PUSH email capability if your IMAP client supports it.
• Advanced Friends System (not available in Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail) – You keep a list of friends that are allowed to send you email. Friends are automatically added to your list when you send someone email, move an email from the spam box to the inbox, or their email gets blocked as SPAM and they prove themselves as not being a automated system.
• IMAP Spam Training Support (not available in Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail) – You can train the SPAM system by moving email to and from the IBOX and SPAM folders using IMAP.
• File Store – You can sync data files to the system. This allows you to sync bookmarks, documents, or any file on your desktop to our email system. You can set the files to be public or private. If public, you are provided an easy to use web link to give someone to access your file.
• Folder Sharing – Folders can be shared and accessed using webmail or IMAP.
• Very Fast – We utilize one of the fastest proprietary email servers on the market. Since our mail servers are not overloaded like a lot of other larger mail providers, the sending and receiving of email happens in seconds, not minutes or hours.
• Exchange/Outlook Support - Through the use of a Outlook Plugin we can support over 95% of the features and functions of a Outlook to Exchange setup.
