Our unique email system supports Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security for your email account login to ensure that you’re the only person who can access your email account, even if someone knows your password. Two-factor authentication is an additional security process to secure your account by using the combination of a password and a mobile device. This reduces the chance of your email account being hacked into and protects your data with extra secure measures. If you are logging into our Webmail, you will be required to create a 2FA code which is entered at login along with your password. If you using POP, IMAP, or SMTP then you have the option of using a merged password (yourpassword+2facode) or set application specific passwords for each external application used.

You can enable this feature by logging into our WebMail and going to “Options->Preferences”, and then press the “Change Password” button. Input a recovery email, since this is required to use 2FA. Next press the “Two Factor Authentication” button. On that page you will be given instructions on the options available, and how to enable and use it.
